Community Links Program
Community Links/Community Participation Overview
The program is designed to assist adults with an intellectual disability to access meaningful activities during the day; whether provided through organized in-center activities or community-based programs.
We liaise with and develop partnerships with local community resources, making connections and working to increase the participation of people we support in the community through volunteering, practical learning, participation in clubs, recreation, and connecting to other community options.
A Calendar of Events is distributed monthly to find and download it
