By the end of June they had already done a lot of work inside the building as well as getting the foundation ready for the new extension. The renovation\/construction of the centralized hub\/office building located at 741 Wallace Road will start immediately and is expected to be completed by early Spring 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Bids were submitted through a public tender process that was managed by Evans, Bertrand, Hill, Wheeler Architecture Inc. We have secured three large rooms inside the old Ste-Anne&#8217;s school, now owned by the Greenwood Baptist Church, located at 235 Albert Avenue.<\/p>\n<h4>The following changes will be occurring:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Community Links, Transitions, Employment Services and Individualized Funding Programs<\/strong> have been relocated to 235 Albert Ave. until the renovations at FJ Dellandrea Place are complete.<\/p>\n<p>To reach Community Links please call 705-472-6113<br \/>\nTo reach Employment Services, Transition Services, and Individualized Funding Services please call 705-472-3652<br \/>\nTo reach the managers of these programs please call 705-472-6125<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>Administration<\/strong> currently at FJ will re-locate to Main Street.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>Volunteer\/Community Participation<\/strong> has relocated to the Main Office downtown as of April 18th<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>The Homestyle Caf\u00e9<\/strong> will remain open in its current location during the renovations. You will be notified if this changes.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>The Education and Training classroom<\/strong> will remain open until the end of June, but will be re-located in September to another location &#8211; further details to follow.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Access to parts of the building will also be off limits and this will be determined by the construction company and blocked off for safety purposes. We will do our best to minimize the disruption during this short transition period.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Any concerns or questions, please forward to the Manager of the program. We will do our best to keep you abreast of any changes or updates.
